Introduction

Welcome to vinpkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and vinpkr ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the vinpkr website at https://vinpkr.bio and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the vinpkr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. vinpkr enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years and will not permit access to individuals who are underage. This is a firm, non-negotiable condition.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of vinpkr, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform, nor have you had an account closed by vinpkr for breach of these Terms.

vinpkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) vinpkr account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. vinpkr shall not be held responsible for any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided at registration.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying vinpkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

vinpkr will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request, please report it to us as a potential phishing attempt.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vinpkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). The following general rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction (may vary by payment method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Subject to account verification tier and payment method limits.
• Processing Time: Deposits are credited instantly in most cases. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours subject to verification requirements.

Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, as well as select card and cryptocurrency options. vinpkr reserves the right to modify supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

You may only withdraw funds using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

vinpkr offers various bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are governed by these Terms together with any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus conditions applicable to all vinpkr promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• vinpkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or reclaim a bonus where abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonus funds are not transferable and hold no cash value outside the Platform.

Players who wish to opt out of bonus offers entirely may contact our support team to request a bonus-free account status. This preference can be reversed at any time.

Betting Rules

By placing a wager on vinpkr — whether on sports markets such as PSL cricket, international cricket, NBA basketball, or on casino games including slots and table games — you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. vinpkr does not accept cancellation requests for wagers already accepted by the system, except in the event of a manifest system error.
• vinpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Affected players will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits may be adjusted at vinpkr's discretion without prior notice.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets placed before suspension remain valid.
• For casino games, the rules of each individual game govern the outcome. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.

vinpkr reserves the right to limit betting activity, restrict markets, or decline any wager from any player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vinpkr Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software. Any such exploits must be reported to vinpkr support immediately.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using third-party funds to meet deposit requirements.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards vinpkr staff or other players via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vinpkr Platform — including but not limited to the vinpkr logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vinpkr or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use the vinpkr name, logo, or brand identity in any manner without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vinpkr shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

vinpkr makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits vinpkr's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

vinpkr is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By creating a vinpkr account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

Responsible Gaming

vinpkr is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all vinpkr account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.

Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Abusive behaviour directed at staff or other players.
• Provision of false information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.

Upon account closure, vinpkr will return any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) to the player via their verified payment method, provided no fraud investigation is pending. Funds subject to an active investigation may be withheld until the matter is resolved.

You may close your vinpkr account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules.

Amendments to These Terms

vinpkr reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact vinpkr's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. vinpkr will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal means, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Class action proceedings are expressly waived by both parties.
